How to Write an Employee Review of an EOR Provider

What belongs here

This is the place to share your direct experience as an employee placed through an EOR provider. Your review helps other workers know what to expect before accepting employment through the same provider.

What makes a good employee review

  • Be specific. ‘Payroll was late by 3 weeks in March 2024’ is far more useful than ‘they were terrible.’
  • Cover the full employment lifecycle. Onboarding, day-to-day payroll, benefits, HR support, and offboarding — all matter.
  • Name the country where you were employed. EOR quality varies significantly by country.
  • Be factual. Stick to what happened to you directly.
  • State your role. Were you a contractor, full-time employee, or on a fixed-term contract?

Key questions to answer

  • Was your first payroll on time and correct?
  • Were your benefits as described when you were hired?
  • When you had a problem, how did the EOR respond?
  • Did the EOR understand local employment law in your country?
  • Would you accept employment through this provider again?

What not to include

  • Do not name individual employees of the EOR provider
  • Do not include confidential information from your employment contract
  • Do not post information covered by NDAs

You can post anonymously if you are concerned about retaliation. Your identity is protected but your experience is real and valuable.
