What to include
You do not need to share personal details. A useful introduction might include:
- Which region or country you were employed in (e.g. Southeast Asia, West Africa, Eastern Europe)
- What type of work you do (e.g. technology, finance, engineering, administration)
- Whether you are currently employed through an EOR or have been in the past
- What brought you to EORwatch
- What questions or experiences you are hoping to share
Anonymous introductions are welcome
Many EOR employees are concerned about being identified by their employer or the EOR provider. You are welcome to introduce yourself without any identifying details. Your participation matters regardless of whether you use your real name.
Why introductions matter
EORwatch is strongest when it is a genuine community. Introductions help others know they are not alone — that there are real people here with real experiences, across every continent and industry the EOR world touches.
